Last winter, tired of hearing my boy making car noises all day long, I suddenly decided to get myself a doll!
But there were so many and I didn't know what to choose, so after getting a Tangkou and a few J-dolls, still hesitating between a small BJD and a Pullip, browsing Flickr I literally fell in love with Blythe....despite finding them quite ugly and strange only a few months earlier!
So here we are, one year later, it's now official on Valentines day ;)
The small one is a Middie Blythe Lena Elena, the big one is a factory and...I made the dresses!!!
(yes I deserve a medal for that considering my low level of skill at sewing!!!)
Happy Valentines Girls! :)))
I am like you, in that at one point, I had NO INTEREST in Blythe and now I am ADDICTED to them! I find them fascinating and yours are Darling! I love the little dresses that you made for each of them. Well done and keep on making new outfits for each occasion and festival, and before you know it, you will have to have a Real Life closet just for them. :D

ReplyDeleteCongratulations! I have one Blythe - she's my Alice (in wonderland) and I am afraid my Fashion Royalty and Silkstone Barbie dolls have overtaken me but the Blythes are adorable. They are so adorable with the big eyes and expressive looks on their faces. I can hardly wait to see what scenes you put them in with your miniature foods!
